Sunday, we set off to find the church. Jim had lost the address and he was just going off his memory and a cheap tourist map. It seemed very unlikely that we would find the chapel. Jim sat in front with the driver, attempting to direct him. I was sitting in the back of the cabby truck with the children. The situation seemed pretty dismal. We said a prayer that we could find the church. It wasn't long before we saw the beautiful, familiar sign in Thai writing: "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints". The children started to cheer. It made me weepy to hear my children cheer to go to church.
