"On your mark, get set, go!"

This summer our family visited the U.S. --Utah and California for the first time since we moved to Korea eighteen months ago. It was a whirlwind trip. I felt like from the moment we landed someone had started a stopwatch on me and said, "Go!" We spent everyday trying to see and do things that we can't in Korea.
Jim had his own stopwatch going. Three days after we landed in the States, he put on his lucky Chicago White Sox shirt and ran a marathon.

Jim looks a little hammered in that last pic, but I don't think it was because of the marathon. I think it was because all his nieces and nephews kept him up all night, the night before the big race. HELLO. Jim is such a good sport. And by the way, that stop watch ran out much too fast. I miss you so much!

Well, that's humility for ya,...I never heard one mention of a marathon when we went to dinner. I would have been shouting that from the roof tops! Way to go, JIM!!!
